I PAID TWO LICENCES for two accounts and I have NO SUPPORT or answer IN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS!!!

I paid a licence for my first gmail account I use daily and according to this thread -> https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tabs-outliner-support-group/qIY2Z7SP-PA/iyWVtQlFAAAJ if you buy you can link other account... this is a LIE the support@ email doesnt work, nobody will answer you even if you pay. Even though, I decided to buy a second Licence for my other Gmail account, unluckily I mistyped the correct email address (and it submitted the pay anyway) so after the purchase of my 2nd licence I didnt got NOTHING and I LOST MY MONEY... I already paid this people 30USD (for 2 licences) for this tool... no answer to anything even after months.... I still dont have my second account activated (even when i paid for each account!!)... nobody gives an answer.... this guy seems to be dead, his last post here is from 4 years ago... none of the features he said he would do, aren't even close to done after more than 4 years... no sync between chrome sessions at all, and I doubt this people does pay attention to this or anyone at all..... who gets the money from this??? who takes responsability??? I even wrote the people of fastspring, but even them dont give even a refund for something I BOUGHT; IT DONT WORK, AND YOU DONT HAVE SUPPORT FOR ANYTHING..... DONT BUY FROM THESE DEVELOPERS, they are no serious nor professionals nor polite nor good to do anything with them.... be aware!!
