Thank you very much for your reply. I kind of figured as much that Windows 10 would be at fault, but I wasn't sure. I have been unimpressed with a number of Microsoft's decisions with Windows 10, and I guess I have found another one.
I will check out the Autohotkey workarounds and see how well they work, since I use Autohotkey pretty regularly anyways.
