Is Tabs Outliner actually developed any more?

I would be interested to see any data on how many of your users would prefer to use Pick up where I left off.
Either way, a 1 click "clear all crashed windows" would work great - or even the ability to just never record these so called "crashed" windows. Which for me (and I think many of us here) are not actually crashes

it is the only glaringly obvious missing feature in this otherwise great piece of software
