1. Open tabs outliner in a normal chrome tab.
2. A way to restore/hide more than one tab at a time
3. A way to hide tabs without opening the tab outliner window.

Answer

Answer
About 3) - next major version will actually include shortcuts for this. Without inserting any script in all pages. Chrome recently implement a support for such global actions. This is already implemented in my private build, still cannot manage to release.

Regarding 1) You can create a regular bookmark to Tabs Oultiner window - get a link for it from The Tabs Outliner itself, by right clicking on node that represent its tab ans select "copy link adress". this bookmark will be able to open Tabs Outliner in a regular window

2) as Peter Eliot mention - sometime reading the manual is a good idea ; )

As a hotfix for 1, you can use the Sheep icon (clone) to create another Outliner window that does act like a normal tab. Unfortunately the extension's main icon button will still always open the thin window.

For 2, you can save/open whole groups in the tree as long as you collapse it first.

For 3, you can Save tabs /if they're in a window-node with saved items, and you close the whole window at once/. But yes, I agree that a way to save individual tabs from the page itself would be nice. Vladyslav has said a keyboard shortcut for that is unlikely because it requires inserting javascript into every page, but that he might do something with option in the icon-button to do that.
