Tabs Outliner don't start

After a Chrome crash, my Tabs Outliner don't start at all!

I press its button and nothing happens.

When I try to open a 'Tabs outliner' tab from history, it just loads for ever and nothig happens again.

Its back to normal, after 3 Wins + Chrome restarts!
