Dragging to the bottom of window does not scroll.
Normally, dragging a node to the top/bottom will scroll the page up/down respectively. Dragging nodes to the bottom no longer scrolls down. Dragging nodes to the top works as expected.

This is causing great anxiety and it used to work before! I spend a bit of time looking at all the other features that it's being worked on, and arguably this one is the most important one. It prohibits freedom and intuitive movements.
