Tabs Outliner window doesn't show up

My Tabs Outliner ceased working at 2/3 computers... Clicking on icon (which still counting active tabs) does nothing. I cannot restore my window with 100+ tabs.

I'm having the same problem, using Chrome Versión 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64 bits)
