How can I edit the Tabs Ouliner tabs ?

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to edit the tabs, apart from manually.

In my case, I want to delete all the saved youtube tabs I have.

Another use could be to delete duplicates or group tabs.

I am using the free version. I have tried going through the google developer tools but the edits don't get saved.
