Access to old backups

Hi TO community, is there any way of viewing/loading backups that are no longer visible in the list of backups? The "Keep last backup files" setting was set to the default 30 days, and I desperately need to access any backup from >6 weeks ago when the extension crashed and I lost the ability to load backups. I've just used Eliio's brilliant method to (temporarily) repair the backup functionality. But it doesn't help me unless I can get access to backups from more than 30 days ago somehow.
