How much money do you want, Vlad?
Tabs Outliner is THE BEST session manager on the largest browser. The fact that Google hasn't bought you out already is crazy to me.
Alright, I'll buy you out. We'll buy you out. How much to open source it? You should either choose to develop it, or let the rest of us develop it. Tabs Outliner is too important to be left sitting.

Friend, the developer is in Ukraine. They may be a little preoccupied. The intention of yours is very kind, but I'm sure that, if they were able to, they would be working on it right now. At the very least, please don't imply that they're just being lazy.
I don't think laziness was implied. But it does seem that progress is slow (reasons aside). Also, some peculiar behaviour reported by multiple users (myself included) leads, I am quite sure, to local debugging of the extension to find out the root causes. I have done it, surely others did the same. Since I can read Russian, I could find very interesting comments in the code. Clearly things are known to the developer, but still not addressed. Therefore, it would be so good to open source TO, so the community could develop it to the shape it deserves. TO has tremendous potential, yeah?
