Local Backups don't work anymore

Ever since the first manifest v3 update the local backup snapshots feature don't work anymore at all. Not a single backup is created even after many days of usage. Only the google drive backups are working with no problems.

I'm using Chrome v129.0.6668.90 and TO v 1.4.153

Any help would be really appreciated.

plus there is this error ever since v3 update:
cant recover local snapshot, no local backups, only my manual backups bc i know this is going to happen sooner or later
