Save-button next to the delete-button in TO

I would like a save-button for tabs. Right now, the only option to really secure a tab, is to make a subnode such as a note, a separator or similar.

I want to be able to close my tabs in both TO and chrome, but still have them saved.

This way you could actually press that save-button on those tabs that you don't want to lose without clogging up your layout in TO.

Can't you edit your own posts? :(

Well, i just wanted to say that "save-button" might not be the best way to call it / to describe it. Let's call it something like a lock-button instead. A little padlock next to the delete-button that by default are unlocked, but if you click it, you lock that tab in place until it's unlocked again. You can't "delete" that tab from TO before it's unlocked.

Something like this is planed. There will be possibility to add tags, icons, custom colors for tabs. Any such custom "something" will prevent a tab from deletion on close.

As this now works with Google Docs tabs created from the main toolbar.
