Trash/save icons should stay visible when you click one of them

Middle click a listed tab to close that tab

A smaller drag-image would make rearranging easier

Dragging from trash/save should cancel trash/save instead of dragging node

Dragging will fail if you drop below bottom of list

Naming groups/windows could be smoother

optional Do Not Scroll for newly created nodes

Dragging open tab into saved window shouldn't resize open tab
