Clone View?

pc world 11 aastat tagasi uuendaja vladyslav volovyk 8 aastat tagasi 3

I guess I do not really understand what that "Clone View" is for...

From the tooltip it seems that it's just a Tabs Outliner window with auto-scrolling disabled. So, why not just a button or setting to turn auto-scrolling on and off?

Also, is the Clone View supposed to open in a usual Chrome window (at least that's the case for me)? If so, why?

By the way, thanks for your great work :)

UI that more closely resembles Chrome

Corey Gouker 8 aastat tagasi uuendaja Bjorn Stabell 5 aastat tagasi 1

Really enjoy Tabs Outliner since switching from Session Buddy. It's a better plugin overall. That being said I definitely "appreciate" the way Session Buddy seems like a proper extension of Chrome, its GUI definitely matches the default Chrome styling. Would love to see a second UI option that looks more like Chrome.

Thanks for the excellent work!

How to transfer tab outlines between different versions of Chrome?

M. Scott Marshall 10 aastat tagasi uuendaja vladyslav volovyk 10 aastat tagasi 1
I just installed 64 bit Chrome and would like to transfer the data from the Tabs Outliner in my 32 bit Chrome to the Tabs Outliner in my new 64 bit Chrome. What is the best way to go about this? The closest that I've come is to "Save as" Tabs Outliner window to an HTML file and load it into the new Chrome as a web page but importing the links requires me to open them one by one.

First of all note that you can move the whole windows hierarchies, by drag and drop, from the saved HTML file to the TO window.

There is also possible to transfer the whole database to a new Chrome instance:

But please make a Ctrl-S backup before this, as during this you will lost the present data in the target instance of Tabs Outliner

Having close etc buttons on left

MrJAZ 11 aastat tagasi 0

Related to a request within another request from Roel.  Have you considered having the option to put the close / trash / note buttons on the left of the tree?  Is this something that can be adjusted with the CCS?

can't save

I'm having a problem saving, TO won't save and won't close.  There isn't a way to close the popup warning that your about to save and close all tabs. I'm saving to Dropbox and can see saved tabs.

Last used order

This is an excellent extension!

I would like my windows to be listed in the order they were last used. Maybe that could be a user setting.

Thank you!

Save nodes *always* option/mode?

aprobe 11 aastat tagasi uuendaja vladyslav volovyk 11 aastat tagasi 3

ATM, nodes are removed from the tree, when closing windows with the Chrome's default close button, *when all the nodes in a "Window" node are opened* (and they don't "have any special or marked nodes inside the hierarchy", "custom title", etc.).
(If only some are opened, they are automatically stored when closing the window in the same way).

IMHO, the default state of this option should save the nodes always, because now I could still imagine someone (mainly newbies) having all the sub-nodes in a "Window" node opened (again, without "any special or marked nodes inside the hierarchy", "custom title", etc.) and loosing them after closing the window with chrome's close button, especially after the comments in the store that now the ""bug" is fixed" and the nodes are auto-saved, when the window is closed the "default" way.

Save-button next to the delete-button in TO

Roger L 10 aastat tagasi uuendaja vladyslav volovyk 10 aastat tagasi 2

I would like a save-button for tabs. Right now, the only option to really secure a tab, is to make a subnode such as a note, a separator or similar.

I want to be able to close my tabs in both TO and chrome, but still have them saved.

This way you could actually press that save-button on those tabs that you don't want to lose without clogging up your layout in TO.
